How services, products and journeys are delivered

1. Overview

This Delivery Policy explains how digital products, courses, coaching services, and ecosystem access are delivered through the Germinate Collective learning environment, operated by WillCoach Pty Ltd.

All products offered through our Thinkific online platform, website, communities, and the Germinate Ecosystem are digital in nature, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In the case of facilitation, events, workshops and retreats - specific dates and venues are provided for the delivery of these services.

We do not ship physical products at this time.


2. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products include:

  • Toolkits

  • PDFs and downloadable resources

  • Templates

  • Audio, video, and guided practices

  • Workbooks

  • Leadership tools

  • Developmental processes and experiences

  • Reflection exercises

  • Coaching engagements

Delivery Method

Delivered instantly after successful payment via:

  • Thinkific (primary)

  • The Germinate Ecosystem (where applicable)

You will receive:

  • an email confirmation

  • immediate access to your digital files

  • instructions for accessing any additional supporting content

Delivery Time

Instant, unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery of Online Courses & Learning Programs

Courses, pathways, and online programs include:

  • leadership development courses

  • coaching foundations

  • digital learning journeys

  • micro-modules and self-study content

  • group program portals

Delivery Method

Access is provided through:

  • Thinkific (course player)

  • The Germinate Ecosystem (extended materials and communities)

  • Thinkific mobile app (optional)

Delivery Time

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment, unless the product page indicates a future release date (e.g., pre-launch content).

Duration of Access

Each product page specifies:

  • lifetime access, OR

  • time-limited access (e.g., 6 months, 12 months), OR

  • access tied to an active membership or cohort


4. Delivery of Coaching Services

Coaching services include:

  • individual and leadership coaching

  • team coaching

  • group coaching

  • organisational coaching

  • sponsor-coachee coaching journey debriefs or sessions linked to course material

Delivery Method

Coaching is delivered via:

  • Zoom (AI features disabled by default)

  • Teams (by request)

  • In-person (for organisational clients, or private clients with agreements)

Delivery Time

Clients schedule their sessions using:

  • Calendly

  • Direct booking links

  • Email scheduling

After purchase, you will receive:

  • a confirmation email

  • instructions on scheduling sessions

  • your coach’s contact details


5. Delivery of Community Access & Membership Spaces

Where products include community access or extended ecosystem features:

Delivery Method

Access is granted via:

  • The Germinate Ecosystem portal from the Germinate-collective.com website, also accessible from willcoach.co.za

  • Thinkific community features

  • Private groups or community tools (if applicable)

Delivery Time

Access is granted immediately unless the community has a specific opening date (e.g., a group program start).


6. Pre-Order or Pre-Launch Products

If you purchase a product that is not yet released, the product page will indicate:

  • the expected delivery date

  • what content is available now

  • how updates will be delivered

You will be notified via email as new modules or content are released.


7. Delivery Failures or Access Issues

Delivery may fail due to:

  • incorrect email address

  • email filtering or spam

  • payment not finalised

  • restrictions on certain countries

  • system outages beyond our control

If this occurs:

9. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical goods.
Everything is delivered digitally through Thinkific or the Germinate Ecosystem.

As a result:

  • No customs

  • No VAT on physical products

  • No shipping fees

  • No delivery delays due to external carriers


10. International Access

Products are available internationally except where restricted by:

  • local regulations

  • sanctions

  • payment gateway limitations

  • data protection laws

  • coaching regulations in certain countries

We reserve the right to limit access where legally required.
