1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments for all courses, coaching services, digital products, and ecosystem access are processed securely through:

PayGate (Pty) Ltd / Network International
PCI-DSS Level 1 Accredited Gateway

We currently accept:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Debit Cards

  • Instant EFT (where available via PayGate)

  • Manual EFT (by special arrangement only)

No credit card information is stored on our servers.

All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.


2. Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in:

South African Rand (ZAR)

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is:

South Africa

If your card is issued in another currency, your issuing bank or provider may apply exchange rates or international fees.


3. Payment Processing & Receipts

Once payment is completed, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation

  • A Thinkific access email (for courses or digital content)

  • A receipt via PayGate

4. Export of Services (Digital Delivery)

Products and services offered by Germinate Collective and WillCoach Pty Ltd are digital in nature, including:

  • Online courses and workshops

  • Digital downloads and toolkits

  • Coaching and facilitation services

  • Membership spaces

  • The Germinate Ecosystem resources

As a result:

  • No physical goods are shipped internationally or locally

  • No customs charges apply

  • Delivery occurs instantly or via scheduled sessions

Our digital services are accessible globally except where prohibited by local regulation.

In Person Services

  • In person events, sessions, workshops or retreats are sold as in person, with a set date, time and venue

  • In person coaching (individual, group or team) is subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms, and include travel terms (please see the product contract for more details).

  • Facilitation services can be delivered in person, subject to travel, set date and time as well as venue.

Where necessary, geographic restrictions may apply due to:

  • Government sanctions

  • Data protection restrictions

  • Platform limitations

  • Country-specific banking rules


5. Availability of Products & Services

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Digital content is available worldwide

  • Access to courses and ecosystems is available 24/7

  • Coaching services are delivered online via Zoom or by special arrangement, in person

  • Learning experiences may require stable internet connection and the appropriate technology to view and listen to content.

  • Some services may not be offered in jurisdictions with strict data or coaching regulations

  • All services are delivered in English, unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to restrict access to specific regions where required by law or payment gateway limitations.


6. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your transaction fails:

  • Try an alternative card

  • Contact your bank to authorise online or international purchases

  • Contact us for manual EFT if needed

7. Fraud Prevention & Security

We partner with PayGate / Network International to maintain strict fraud prevention standards.

Security measures include:

  • SSL3 encryption

  • 3D Secure where applicable

  • PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance

  • Device fingerprinting (per gateway requirements)

Transactions may be declined if:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Cardholder authentication fails

  • The customer is in a high-risk country

  • Banking details are incomplete

We may require additional verification before granting access.


8. Export Restrictions

Our services are accessible internationally with the following limitations:

  • We do not provide services in countries legally restricted under South African law or international sanctions

  • Coaching services may not be offered in countries where coaching is prohibited or requires local certification

  • We may restrict access to individuals or entities flagged under compliance or anti-money laundering checks
